GDN SUST started its journey with a seminar titled “Vision to GRE, Mission to 340” on 20th November 2015. The program was held in the central auditorium of SUST with a participating number of 800 students. The program has held with a view to encouraging the students of Sylhet for higher study abroad, Faculties of GRE Center, Bangladesh were invited and through their presentations the students of SUST came to know about the requirements and necessary information about applying in top notch Universities around the globe. GDN SUST managed to get the attention of the students of SUST by this widely appreciated event.​
